2010 Annual Town Meeting concludes
Amherst's 2010 Annual Town Meeting concluded on Monday, May 17, after five nights. There was only a single tally vote in this session. Article 25 proposed changing the zoning on a parcel of land on University Drive from OP (Office Park) to B-L (Limited Business). The article was defeated by a vote of 80 YES, 85 NO (changes to the zoning map require a 2/3 majority).
